behind the lens...
when i am not a 'photographer', i am a mother. which means, i am always a photographer. mothers can not get enough of or talk enough about their children. many photographers find their way into this field in exactly this manner. although i was a photographer before becoming a mother, i am no different. photographing children is rewarding in numerable ways. for example, almost every expression (happy, sad, or mad face) is entertaining. additionally, photography captures the essence of the moment. what may have been stressful, or hot, or exhausting doesn't have to translate onto the image unless we, behind the lens, make it so.
